Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We are happy to process a return or an exchange with proof of purchase.
Our refund and returns policy is up to 30 days from date of shipping. If 30 days have passed since your order was shipped, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, gift cards and downloadable products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we can only accept returns from items bought from the SRL website. If you purchased through another retailer or bookstore you will need to follow their own returns policy.
Your item/s must be returned in original condition and in its original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after dispatch date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days of the refund being granted.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account pending payments and then contact us on the email at the bottom of the page.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with images of the damaged product and send your item to us using the details at the bottom of the page.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address listed below.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
